These delights are at their bests and are even better when cooked to perfection and paired with rich, delectable proteins.
McKendrick’s Steak House’s Fall Harvest Menu
If you know anything about McKendrick’s Steak House or our head chef, Thomas Minchella, then you know fresh, local, and seasonal items are integral to our menu. This is also why our harvest menu is one of our annual favorites. We love cooking with ingredients that remind us of our grandmothers’ kitchens while creating new twists on old classics that excite our taste buds. This fall, we’re serving:
- Butternut squash
- Brussels sprouts
- Oven-roasted okra
- Wild mushroom risotto
- Roasted beets
- Colossal sweet potato
- Creamed corn (a favored dish among diners)

Speaking of gathering around the table, it won’t be long before it’s time for everyone’s favorite fall gathering—Thanksgiving. You know the drill—leading up to the big Thursday, it’s a marathon planning, list-making, and grocery shopping event that culminates in days and hours spent in the kitchen all for one big, beautiful family gathering in which you’re most thankful for the opportunity to sit down.
Needless to say, we love this aspect of Thanksgiving, which is why we want to offer you the year off of cooking. Skip the planning, shopping, and standing, and come to McKendrick’s Steak House for Thanksgiving. Feast and give thanks in our spacious-yet-intimate dining room. Host Your Holiday Party with Us
The other “least thing” you need to worry about during the holidays is where to host your holiday party and what to serve. We have several private and semi-private dining options to suit your needs.
- Our private dining room accommodates 12-20 seated guests or 40-60 standing guests (the room includes complimentary WiFi and LCD AV equipment (LCD projector and screens)
- The Garden room seats up to 60 people
- Our semi-private, partitioned dining accommodates 10-40 guests.
Parties of 20 or more are asked to select from the party menu. Reservations can be made online or over the phone. Our private party guest coordinator, Carol Conway (770.512.8888), will answer all of your questions, confirm the reservation, and will help ensure that your holiday party’s food, drink, and setting are the perfect compliments to good company.
